Reason for Ban: Duplicate Account

Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: Hello,
I woke up today to find that i have been banned on KZG retake servers for a "Duplicate Account". I don't know why this has happened, This is the only account I have ever played on, and ever will.
If someone could explain to me why exactly I was banned because I'm still unsure on what I have done. If I need to provide any more evidence or explanation I will happily do so.

Hi MarshiiStarr,

Duplicate Accounts refers to when someone is previous banned (their IP) and someone else tries to join our servers with the same IP, 90% of the time it is because of use of VPN's but in your case it's not.

For us to proceed with this process we need to find out whos account this is and how it links to you as you both played on the same IP.

Until this information gets discussed we can't proceed with the appeal.
