Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: I never used my alt account on the KZG servers, I've only ever used my main account, didn't know having two accounts would result in a permanent ban.

Hey mate! The ban isn't because of your alt  Duplicate bans work of IP meaning an account using the same IP as you was banned and resulted in your account also being banned to stop ban evading. By any chance were you using a VPN or using a public internet connection?

could you please respond to Kora's message in regards to possibly having another account being banned from your ip address (this could be from a VPN use?, family members account at your home as banned? etc)
