Reason for Ban: Hello,

Was playing on retake (CSGO) #6 like I do everyday for a hour or two before I jump into a game of competitive or get off competitive,
Suddenly I played a few rounds and it kicked me out of the game with the message ''You have been kicked from this session''.
I went to join back and nothing happened it didn't give me a message, restarted my game and it says ''You have been banned from this server'',
So I thought it must of been an error, tried joining a different retake and boom another error message ''You have been banned from this server, please visit KZG.com for more info''

So here I am submitting a request to be unbanned from the retake server or at least an explanation to whys I've been banned from a higher up person, because Im totally confused at the moment,
