Reason for Ban: [SourceSleuth] Duplicate Account

Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: Created a ticket where I was informed that the auto-ban was likely due to the IP address used by my VPN. I wasn't aware of the issue cause by VPNs with previously banned IP addresses, as I've only started using this again recently. I will ensure it's off so that I'm not associated to any previously banned players.

I have not been banned previously from KZG and I am most certainly not a previously banned player trying to circumvent a ban,
