Desciption of Myself: Gday, my names Mat, however a lot players call me bbq/mooq, and I'm from QLD. Currently work for the government in Finance but soon to be procurement.
I spend most of my spare time outside of work either by hanging with mates, on my PC or dancing (www.youtube.com/mooqhbwease free plug ty). The only two games I play are CS:GO (Since 2015) and Osu!Mania.
I've lived out of home since I was 17 and a half (all my family moved to syd so i was forced to move-out lol) so I'm very mature when it comes to decision making and looking after myself - I've worked for almost everything I own/have now.

Qualities I bring to Killzone Gaming Staff Team 2.0:  I guess what qualities I bring to KZG is more so answered in the below question, so I'm going to state how my personal attributes will benefit the community. As discussed, I've built excellent rapport for myself at work using my professional and interpersonal communications skills, which makes handling all situations at hand a lot easier as people tend to listen and understand what I have to say. As I don't find any issue raising concern or voicing my opinion, I think is an important attribute that all moderators should ascertain - especially when it comes to enforcing KZG rules. I like to consider my approach to dealing with situations very fair, and I often give benefit of the doubt rather than just rushing to a conclusion.  There has been multiple times where I find players choosing skins in the server rather than actually participating in gameplay - my course of action in a situation like this would be to de-escalate the problem, probably via shooting a PM to the player in the server, asking them to participate and warn that they will be force spectated/kicked if they refuse to cooperate. If the player continues to misbehave, I will obviously follow procedure to force spec or kick the player.

Why I Deserve to be Part of Killzone Gaming Staff Team:  As stated previously, I've lived out of home since before I was even an adult, meaning my I've ascertained the skill of living independently and relying on no-one other than myself - bringing me the maturity to decision make appropriately and accordingly.

As stated above, I currently work for the government in finance, where I was promoted to a higher position after just 3 months in the department - this showing my professionalism and potential. Currently, before I move back to procurement, it's my responsibility to manage the payments, contract financial approvals, cost code creations, and other financial responsibilities of 70+ projects (250+ contracts). In procurement, i'm required to assess each sourcing/engagement request on a case by case basis, whilst still following all policy/procedure/laws/legislation/codes of conducts/etc to provide professional and accurate advice to project managers in a timely manner. As well as working in government and having to liaise with project managers, outside consultancy, etc in an appropriate and professional manner, I worked in hospitality in a busy cafe by the beach 5 days a week, 1-2 days of which I was part time manager. I was responsible for open and closure of the cafe (on the same day), dealing with and handling customer issues and complaints, stock allocation; including restocking and reordering, counting the cash register, etc. Alongside my professional attributes, I know I'm a very approachable person and am easy to have a conversation with. I am very friendly and will generally respect and talk to anyone who doesn't disrespect me.

With the above listed responsibility I've taken on up until now in my life, I believe I could easily transition over my personal and professional skills into the servers to help enforce KZG rules and regulations and make the KZG experience more enjoyable for all players in the server.

btw; I have a gag on one of the retake/execute servers which is from hitting a bind when i spam close out the !ws/!knife menu (9 key). dont let this tarnish my app pls sir i will delete bind/relocate bind i swear
