Doesn't start you off with a good impression. Players get warnings, and if they continue to ignore the rules or the admin/moderators word then punishment is handed out. If players have previous punishments that are just days old, there will not be a warning as said player should have read the rules, have common sense and learnt from previous punishment. Players who feel they have been mistreated, feel like a target is on their back or being punished without a being warned a more than welcome to visit the discord channel and create a ticket. (Having Evidence is key). I don't understand why a "vote" should happen as it is not necessary, waste of time and not a fair judgement as players will just hit yes or no depending if they like the player.
