You mentioned another account, please link it's SteamID in the "Any smurf/alternate accounts that you have" section", just to 100% ensure it has no affiliation with the ban reason.

With duplicate account bans (apart from the obvious), what can trigger them is connecting through a VPN, if you do have a VPN on, ensure that you turn it off and that may fix it.
