MORDHAU Staff Member that Punished You: SPQR Majinpoo Reason for Ban: Wasnt provided, just before ban i joined a kzg server and dueled MAJINPOO, within about 5 minutes of joining and beat him in a duel. As for the ban it is for a month (ends 15/12/2020) under A, F, Fm, R, T which is bad behavior, FFA, Mass FFA, Repeated offence and Trolling. As per the context of the ban I can not comment on it, however if we go off the vids provided then yes that is abuse, but majinpoo was the one that banned you hence we will need his side of the story. Best of luck in the app. EDIT: I got in contact with majinpoo and this is what I received about the ban. "So you were banned because of your bad behavior. In the clip it shows you in the first server which was SPQR and you were FFA'ing (as the first clip shows) and for some reason the server died. You were also being extremely toxic in the SPQR session as well. Which the clips do not show. You beat me in that duel on KZG and were extremely condescending about it and I did not want your behavior to continue on KZG as it did before on SPQR. " If you believe you have more evidence or this statement is wrong please bring it up and we would be happy to look at it, we will let the app sit to try and give us sometime to resolve this please contact me or goose if needed. In light of Majin's evidence, the team has had the benefit of a greater context to the shooting/ban. Majin did not remove you from the server on account of him having lost to you in a duel as the appeal suggests. Majin removed you on the basis of a course of anti-social/inappropriate conduct which persisted on different servers. It was open for him to interpret your comments in the way in which he did. It was also open for him to use the 1411 to stop/warn you from persisting in a course of conduct that was contrary to the rules and expectations of the server. Gordan Posted November 19, 2020 Author Share Posted November 19, 2020 does majin have video evidence of my supposed rude behaviour? because i clearly remember him and another person (cnat remember the name) would attack me when i was trying to duel the other, majin has constantly said "ez kid" and harrassed me on other servers aswell. i have more footage on other servers but both of us were being toxic so it doesent really help, udnerstandably i was anrgy at a 1 motnh ban. I also recieved no warnings at all from majin? no warning kics or anything just an immediate 1 month ban, he did kick me without warning thne banned me for 1 month within 4 minutes of that. Thanks for taking the time to put it all together and upload the videos. Majin has admitted to acting less than favourably due to getting annoyed at your behaviour but the ban is in line with what I want the team to to (ban for 1 month after 4+ previous bans) That coupled with your harassment of him recently on servers outside of KZG I will not be accepting this unban appeal. I understand this is not the result you would like but with a history of breaking rules, previous bans and continued harassment after the ban (and this appeal) I do not see it fit to remove or reduce the ban If you have any questions please get in touch with me.
