Ban Reason: Cheating Infraction (supposedly)

Why should I be unbanned / unmuted: Because I didn't hack and I'm afraid this is an error. This part of the ban might be unrelated, but I figured I should include this as this might wrap up the story. I have over 1,000+ hours of CSGO Experience.

However, even with over 1,000 hours of CSGO, I am still just a regular gold nova player who just enjoys the overall community of CSGO.

Now, the reason I was banned for the first account was due to a hacker cheating on my account. (They managed to obtain my account's info from a shady website that I, unfortunately, went on.) (This was also 3 years ago)

I have never been banned before for something I did not commit. I have never hacked, cheated, or used any external software to gain an advantage when playing against other players.

I would also like to see the demo of how and why I was banned as I strongly believe that it's an error or misunderstanding.

Also, there is no recorded demo of your ban. It was placed by the Anti-Cheat.
