Reason for Ban: i have a shared account which is the smurf i provided. i brought that account for a friend to enjoy csgo prime on. i logged in on my main and got banned for duplicate accounts.

Why I should be unbanned / unmuted: because i havent done anything wrong i got banned from logging into the server on two different accounts im pretty sure. thats what i get from "duplicate accounts". i have logged into the smurf on my ip and logged back onto my main and then tried to load into kzg awp and i got banned by console
