Hey mate,

 

Since this was my ban I will respond. Your behaviour in and out of the duel servers is unsatisfactory and no accepted. We understand that you have had a hard time behaving yourself but in the Voice Chat we had yesterday when you told me that you had no interest in changing your behaviour and told people "to go fuck themselves" because you were given the answer you didn't want, shows to me how unwilling you are to accept that you are the problem and not other people. 

 

In light of what happened with SPQR, Zion and other groups, the decision to ban you should be upheld. Until you have proven otherwise that you can change the way you behave and interact with others. The duel servers and many groups aren't your playgrounds that have no consequences. Your distasteful behaviour is not something we allow on KZG and the reason for the ban. Threatening admins isn't okay, when you were given an answer you didn't like. 

 

This ban should be upheld. Hopefully you can finally see that your actions have consequences.

Hi Sxceech, 

I refer to our conversation yesterday and confirm that you were permanently banned from KZG as a result of FFA and abusive behaviour toward SPQR, their administrators, Zion and myself. 

 The nature of your KZG ban was pre-emptive. On review of your appeal and the circumstances surrounding it, I find Majin's decision to be justified for the following reasons:

A) When we discussed your offending, you offered no apology; nor did you demonstrate any contrition or remorse. You feigned ignorance. 
B) When further queried about your offending, you only offered excuses [FFAing because you were removed from SPQR for habitual abuse].
C) Your abusive behaviour is not isolated to a specific day or event; it is consistently shown to multiple members of the community. 
D) On Majin's account, you have no interest in being a pro-social member of the community. 

KZG does not tolerate abuse, provocative behaviour or generalised toxicity toward other players. 

In light of A-D, it was reasonable to believe that your poor behaviour would continue on our duel server.

It follows that Majin acted reasonably to ensure that KZG's policy on anti-social behaviour was upheld.

In the absence of basic decency, your appeal is denied.
