Ban Reason: Duplicate Account

Why should I be unbanned / unmuted: The reason why I was banned in the first place was due to my brother logging onto his steam account on my PC whilst on the same IP Address, I understand why this would have triggered a "Duplicate Account" ban. I have listed both Steam ID's that were logged onto the IP Address. I hope that something can be fixed about this. There is a chance that I got banned on the AU AWP servers on my brothers account, but later logged into my account and found I was banned on KZG Retakes.
