Terms of Service:
Welcome to KZG t/a Killzone Gaming (the "Company", "KZG" or "we"). This Agreement governs your ("you") access and use of Killzone Gaming Services, such as our Community Game Servers, our Community Voice Servers ("VOIP", "TeamSpeak", or "Discord"), and any related updates, upgrades, features, online services, content, and websites offered by KZG (collectively "KZG Services"). This Agreement is between you and the KZG entity listed below.
BY USING KZG SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE ANY OF THE KZG SERVICES. When you access or use a KZG Service, you agree that you will not:- Violate any law, rule, or regulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt any KZG Service or any server or network used to support or provide a KZG Service, including any hacking or cracking into any KZG Service.
- Use any software or program that damages, interferes with, or disrupts a KZG Service or another's computer or property, such as denial of service attacks, spamming, hacking, or uploading computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, cancelbots, spyware, corrupted files, and time bombs.
- Interfere with or disrupt another player's use of a KZG Service. This includes disrupting the normal flow of game play, chat, or dialogue within a KZG Service by, for example, using vulgar or harassing language, being abusive, excessive shouting (all caps), spamming, flooding, or repeatedly hitting the return key.
- Harass, threaten, bully, embarrass, spam, or do anything else to another player that is unwanted, such as repeatedly sending unwanted messages or making personal attacks or statements about race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, etc. Hate speech is not tolerated.
- Contribute User Generated Content ("UGC") or organize or participate in any activity, group, or guild that is inappropriate, abusive, harassing, profane, threatening, hateful, offensive, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invades another's privacy, or is otherwise reasonably objectionable.
- Publish, post, upload, or distribute UGC that is illegal or that you don't have permission to freely distribute.
- Publish, post, upload, or distribute any inappropriate, abusive, hateful, harassing, profane, defamatory, threatening, obscene, sexually explicit, infringing, invasive, vulgar, offensive, indecent, or unlawful topic, name, material, or information. This includes your screen names and personas.
- Post a message for any purpose other than personal communication. Prohibited messages include advertising, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and other types of solicitation or commercial activities.
- Impersonate another person or falsely imply that you are a KZG staff member or representative.
- Improperly use in-game support or complaint buttons or make false reports to KZG staff.
- Attempt to obtain, or phish for, a password, account information, or other private information from anyone else on KZG Services.
- Use any robot, spider, or other automated device or process to access this website for any purpose or copy any material on this website.
- Use or distribute unauthorized software programs or tools, such as "auto" software programs, "macro" software programs, "cheat utility" software programs or applications, exploits, cheats, or any other game hacking, altering, or cheating software or tool.
- Modify any file or any other part of the KZG Service that KZG does not specifically authorize you to modify.
- Use exploits, cheats, undocumented features, design errors, or problems in a KZG Service.
- Use or distribute counterfeit software or KZG Content, including KZG Virtual Currency.
- Attempt to use a KZG Service on or through any service that is not controlled or authorized by KZG.
- Sell, buy, trade, or otherwise transfer your KZG Account, any personal access to KZG Services, or any KZG Content associated with your KZG Account, including KZG Virtual Currency and other Entitlements, either within a KZG Service or on a third-party website, unless expressly authorized by KZG.
- If a KZG Service requires you to create a "user name" or a "persona" to represent you in-game and online, you should not use your real name and may not use a user name or persona that is already used by someone else or that KZG determines is vulgar, offensive, or violates someone else's rights.
- Promote, encourage, or take part in any prohibited activity described above.
- If you or someone using your Account violates these rules, KZG may take action against you, including revoking access to certain or all KZG Services, Content, or Entitlements, or terminating your access to KZG service/s. KZG reserves the right to remove you from our services and revoke your access to our servers at any time, for any reason deemed fit, at our sole discretion. When practical, KZG will notify you of the action taken in response to violations of these rules or breaches of this Agreement.
- If you encounter another user who is violating any of these rules, please report this activity to KZG using the "Abuse Section" on our Forums or contact us at support@kzg.com.
- KZG may, in its discretion, monitor or record online activity or Content on our Services and may remove any Content from any KZG Service.
- KZG will not be held liable for any physical, psychological, and/or medical injuries sustained while using any KZG Service/s.
Your use of KZG Services is subject to KZG’s Privacy and Cookie Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Killzone Gaming is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information. We have adopted the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information. What is Personal Information and why do we collect it? Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, Steam Account Details. This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including interviews, correspondence, From our Community Servers and / or Voice Servers, by email or via our website www.killzonegaming.com, parties.
We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.
Sensitive Information
Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information. Sensitive information will be used by us only:
- For the primary purpose for which it was obtained
- For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose
- With your consent; or where required or authorised by law.
Third Parties
Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Your Personal Information may be disclosed in a number of circumstances including the following:
- Third parties where you consent to the use or disclosure; and
- Where required or authorised by law.
Security of Personal Information
Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 6 Months.
Access to your Personal Information
You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing. Killzone Gaming will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information
It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.

Killzone Gaming cannot be held responsible for any loss/damage of any personal information that has been stored on Killzone Gaming servers/databases, We try our best to keep all personal information secure but in the event that any data loss/damage occurs we can not be held responsible.
