What staff member issued the punishment: 

Ban Reason: i was muted for putting on a voice i was warned for this but because at the time multiple people were mic spamming i didnt see it or maybe it was in chat and i didnt see it, i ended up getting perm muted in which i was frustrated and spamed chat

Why should I be unbanned / unmuted: i should be unbanned because i regret what i did, and it was just an in the moment response to what happened, and ive played the server for 4+ years and were very frustrated at the time because i felt as i was muted for no reason.
