I can only recommend heading to our Discord https://discord.gg/kzg and submitting a ticket on there (under the management tab). Our Discord is checked a lot more frequently and should hopefully speed the process up for this being looked into - Just to add that the Duplicate Account ban isn't done by any Staff.
