Ban Reason: Bypass a Ban on youre Server

Why should I be unbanned / unmuted: Hey kzg Team, I was on my second account and wanted to play on an HvH Community server but i accidentaly connected on your Easy Surf Server wich automatically banned me for 7 days. When i later wanted to surf on the server on my main Account it automatically banned me for 600 Month for bypassing. Im was not Cheating on any of your surf servers to get any advantage. I would appreciate it so much if you could reduce the ban on my main Account so I can surf on your Server again. Greetings Tiffex
