The Recap 2022 hashtag event has finally come to an end. We’d like to express our gratitude to each and every one of you who took the time to participate and also huge congratulations to all the winners of the PUBG Recap event! 

If you took part in the event, make sure to check the list of the official winners as well as the instructions on how to recieve rewards down below.

HOW & WHEN TO CLAIM THE REWARDS 

All the players eligible for the event rewards will receive an e-mail to an address connected to your Krafton ID. 
Please look for the e-mail address below when checking your inbox.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE E-MAIL MENTIONED ABOVE TO ENSURE THE SAFE DELIVERY OF YOUR REWARDS! 


TO RECEIVE THE EVENT GOODIES, PLEASE KINDLY RESPOND TO THE MENTIONED EVENT E-MAIL UNTIL THE DATES LISTED DOWN BELOW:

• KST – March 15, 2023, 4 PM
• CET – March 15, 2023, 8 AM
• PDT – March 15, 2023, 12 AM

If the winners do not respond to the initial email within 14 days, a follow-up email will be sent.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The winners of this event will receive an e-mail with instructions to distribute their personal information. This information must be entered accurately in order to receive the prizes.
  • In the event that the winners’ information is not entered correctly, the prizes may not be delivered.
• The shipment and taxes are handled by KRAFTON, Inc. However there is a chance of additional collection and use of personal information such as name, address, contact information, copies of identification documents, etc. In that case, we will guide you through the consent process separately. 
• If you prefer not to share your personal information, you may decline to provide your consent for its collection. In this case, you must send an e-mail stating the refusal to provide the mentioned consent. This also means you will no longer be eligible for the event prizes. 
• If the winners do not reach us within the deadline, or if the prizes are not distributed due to refusal to receive the prize, please keep in mind, that those can be used as prizes for other events in the future.
• Personal information such as the winners’ names and contact information collected for delivery of prizes and handling of other tasks may be provided to delivery companies. This information will be securely disposed of after delivery. However, in some cases, the information might need to be retained as required by relevant laws and regulations.

• Any participant who engaged in fraudulent activities during the event will be disqualified from receiving the prizes.
