Extra(If any): This is on Easy Surf, but my experiences with him on Jailbreak are very similar. He doesn't learn his lesson and when he is on Jailbreak he constantly gets muted or gagged. He has 7 mutes & gags combined that are 5 minutes or longer (In 20 days).
