A Multiplayer Mod was made the same as JC2 not too long ago, though have to agree that the sever will not last very long. I love the game and i would be one on the server when i can but the fun of a Just Cause multiplayer servers is the mass chaos a large number of players makes on the serverm if no one is on the server it is generally just becomes playing the singleplayer. on a massive map such as JC3's you would need a large amount of players on the server to make it feel worth it.
