Combat Surf 6v6 Christmas Event Tournament

ONLY FIRST 8 TEAMS TO REPLY CAN ENTER!!!
 

-- All maps have to be voted by the server and agreed on by both teams

 

-How it works:

*Everyone participating will be put or already be in a team of 6.

*The rules will be the same rules that is stated on kzg combat surf.

*The First round contains only 1 map rotation on a selection of 3 maps

*The First round includes all 6 members of 2 teams in a competitive Style without bomb excluding some maps

*The winner of the second round will move on to verse the winner of other matches.

*Each map will be a first to 8 a total of 15 rounds

*When only 2 teams are left they will move onto round 3

*Round Fourth contains 3 map rotations

*First to 2 map wins , Wins the tournament

Prizes:

First: 5 dollar steam steam gift cards x 5

Seconds: 1 Csgo Key x5

(In order to receive your prize you must be able to trade so if your trade banned then you will not get your prize) 

 

 

How to Participate:

If you would like to participate in the tournament comment your Team name and the 6 members!!!

KZG Rules:

GENERAL SERVER RULES 

 

2. Hacking/Cheating is a permanently bannable offence.

3. Scripting/Macroing will result in a suspension for 2 weeks when first caught. If caught again, said user will be permanently banned

4. Abuse towards other players will not be tolerated and will be punished with the utmost severity. We understand that the environment on all servers can become heated at times, but the community of Killzone Gaming does not condone any form of toxicity/hate speech/abuse/racism/discrimination.

5. No advertisement of any form. The only exceptions are KZG, twitch and/or youtube links.

6. Mic/Chat spam is not allowed.

7. The use of vocoders (voice-changers) and/or stupid accents is forbidden.

8. The only language that is allowed to be spoken over voice chat is English.

9. You are not allowed to play music over your microphone unless you have an Administrator's permission.

10. Glitching/Exploiting maps, plugins or server features is not allowed and is punishable.

11. Ghosting is not allowed and is highly condemnable on servers that allow all talk. Ghosting is disclosing enemy information once said user has died [excl. retake].

12. If caught DDOSing any Killzone Gaming servers/users, said user will be dealt with accordingly.

13. DOXing or revealing personal information about another player will get you a permanent ban - this includes: names, address’, social networking accounts, mobile phone numbers etc.

14. Impersonations of any Staff Members or users are prohibited.

15. Players are NOT allowed to publicly accuse other players of cheating. This creates unnecessary spam and could alert a possible cheater of the servers awareness to their hacking. To privately message an online Staff Member - Open <TEAM CHAT> (not <ALL CHAT>) and put an @ in front of your message  e.g. @Nyalon is aboosing his powers.

16. Delaying rounds purposely is punishable by death. Continuing to delay rounds once told not to will most likely result in a suspension.

17. On the defusal gamemode, not defusing the bomb and/or purposely making other players unable to defuse the bomb will result in a kick or suspension.

18. Trolling Staff Members or users is not acceptable and said user will be punished grimly.

19. Ban evading is punishable by a longer ban sentence.

 

COMBAT SURF SERVER RULES

1. Teleport Camping or Telecamping is strictly forbidden, and will result in a slay – Telecamping is the act of killing a player within 2 seconds of them exiting a teleporter; this does not apply if you have exited the teleport after them. The only expectation of the rule, is the awareness of someone following you. If someone follows you, you may kill them when they exit; AS LONG AS YOU ARE ACTIVELY LEAVING THE AREA OF THE TELEPORTER. Falsely accusing someone of Telecamping may result in a mute/kick.

2. Elevator camping is not allowed and will result in a slay - this is the act of waiting at the top of an elevators for players to come up and kill them.

3. Jail camping is not allowed and will result in a slay - players must actively attempt to leave jail and the areas around it.

INFRINGEMENT OF ANY RULES LISTED ABOVE MAY RESULT IN CONSEQUENCES WHICH MAY INCLUDE BEING GAGGED, MUTED, KICKED, SUSPENDED OR BANNED.

that's 48 people, down the team numbers, a lot. 

There is no chance in hell all those people will be online at once and even at 20 that is a lot of people to organise.

My understanding is you are fairly new to the forums but 2 scoutz tourns have been attempted and failed a competitive comp has failed and this one will be on that track if you don't make some changes. I'm not trying to put you down, I want to make sure this succeeds. I have hosted cards against humanity, Microsoft paint and UHC tournaments (3/4 tournaments that have succeeded in kzg history so far.) 

 

My recommendations to make this thing succeed:

3, maaybe 4 per team

a different day or large gap of time of day per match, so if some team members are away you can find substitutes or another team can play that match without worries of being rushed by the clock. Also those team members who are away won't miss the whole tournament. 

Make sure everyone who is participating has you on steam, very important

tell everyone through steam and make an additional forum post on the timings of each match.
