You also claim that it was "hacked and vacced" however after doing some research you were playing with said account in a competitive match after the ban on KZG (maybe your brothers or your friends?). I played with him a few times but he never cheated, it also seems the vacced account unadded me as a friend. I had to look through my past matches to find out what the profile was called as the person who hijacked the account changed all the account info.
