    After recent update, me and/or more players cannot connect to any KZG server because of this error in console. I have verified my game files but no game. 😞

    Terrible server routing

    I have noticed a good 40% of players with 90+ Ping (with loss) on majority of KZG CS2 Servers. This is a Server related routing issue and it affects a lot of people within the community with certain ISP's. I beg that you fix this as I am apart of the people who suffer and can't play to my full enjoyment. Kind regards, Seneschul

    Bring back the AWP server

    CS2 has been out for a while now. I miss the 24/7 AWP server (aus) more than anything in gaming and have since the new game came out. The community behind the server playing every day is still there. Please KZG, bring back the AWP server xx.

    CS2 Surf Bug - surf_nyx

    1. On surf_nyx, going through portal trigger (up the stairs from reset position), and then backwards through the portal again, triggers a completed run. This means you can reset (yellow coloured time), then go to spectate mode, and then choose team. You then spawn at the top of the stairs and can get a 3 second completed run. If this is fixed, records should be reset. 2. Also, when typing !top to print the top records to the console, it repeats it 6 times.

    Retakes smgs, mollys and scout

    H, i I would like to make a suggestion I feel like retakes is meant to be a fun game mode I love playing it as my favorite game mode but in the force rounds it's annoying to vs smgs as it feels Abit boring, also would like to add I believe Molly's should do team damage as for example on short on dust 2 and t player will throw a molly and another t player would run into the molly and kill the players short, and I would like the scout to be added to rifle rounds and sometimes I like to play with the scout in dm and feel like it could make it interesting thanks for the consideration ❤️❤️

    I believe there's an opportunity to improve the Store section of the KZG website. As user feedback, I organically navigated to the VIP section to find out more. It felt a bit finicky to have to go to a separate docs file to then go to the discord server and use a command to find all the perks for VIP. As a form of revenue for KZG, this has potential to generate more sales if improved upon. I'd suggest giving a detailed breakdown of VIP/donation perks on the same page where you can click through to purchase. As a little KZG surf nerd with experience in tiered loyalty systems, I'm happy to discuss/help out further if desired :3

    I know that everyone should have a chance to vote, but in terms of 50-50 how does the voting work? Not sure if there is an algorithm to it, but it does seem by chance. What I'm suggesting is that if it is a 50-50, or something like that in terms of map changes, higher ranked players votes should be worth more than lower ranked players. For example: 3 hotshots vote for surf_mesa_revo_go 3 casuals vote for surf_utopia The system should always priorities the hotshot votes, and so mesa should be selected. I don't know if there is an algorithm for this or anything, but please let me know if I missed something:)

    Issue with afk players holding up the skill surf servers

    I come on to play at off hours and I'll get stuck in a situation pretty often where there's only one other person in the server and no other players coming in. That other person has gone afk or alt-tabbed or gone to sleep etc. with the game still running so I'll get stuck with no way to change map with a vote. I would like to suggest a change to kick inactive specs after a certain period of time to deal with this, or something along those lines.

    Hello! I have a suggestion that could be a fantastic addition to the practice mode or crash and burn cause there is already an easier way. You are surfing against a shadow player model of your BEST personal best or World record. It would require the player to already completed the map to have a shadow of the personal best ("SOPB"), and that is said to be the same for a world record ("SOWR"). Justification for SOPB/SOWR I justify the addition of a SOPB/SOWR because it is an existing feature in much successful and time trial like games. E.G. Trial series, Mario kart 8, track mania.     Basically i was playing surf and i thought of a brilliant idea. Credit gambling. now this doesnt gotta be PvP in the casino but just a way for us to have a little bit of fun with our credits that we earn Features of the "Casino" that could be added: Blackjack Coinflip Roulette and whatever else, i think it'd be a dope idea and especially when u have alot of credits or a VIP and u dont needa buy anything it could be a little side game we could do to use our credits that we earn

    So right now the point system is completely messed up and pretty inequitable considering the tiers. Tier 1's give way too many points for little effort, while t2,3 and 4 give low points if you compare the skill and effort required to complete them. Surf_ebony(t2) Wr gives ~ 200 points whilst ~1500 points for surf_pantheon(t1) for group 1, surf_calamity(t4) wr giving ~500 points. (aircontrol literally gives 2600 points for g1 and 10k points for wr) It goes without saying this makes no sense. If you are good enough to get wrs/top 10s on maps, getting group 1s on tier1 maps literally take 1 attempt. This makes it way less motivating to get times on these tie…
